Due to the complexity of chronic illness, I provide 12-week programmes offering different levels of support. I do, however, offer a complimentary 20-minute Introductory Session as a first step.

I expect you to be ready to put in the time and effort required to get the best possible outcome.
Results vary from person to person. Progress can sometimes be slow and rarely occurs in a straight, predictable line. There will be ups and downs.
It took you years to get ill and changes are not likely to happen overnight.
Additionally, what works for you today may not work for you in the future.
I expect you to trust in me, your body’s innate wisdom and the process.

I do not expect you to change your diet, lifestyle and mindset overnight. Together, we will create a plan that you feel is sustainable.
I will work at your pace and support you on your journey to better health as best I can whilst bearing your unique strengths, challenges and personal circumstances in mind.
