FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

This is the first step for all potential clients and typically lasts 20 minutes.

It provides an opportunity for you to offer a brief overview of your main health concerns and what you have tried so far to resolve them. It also gives me the chance to get to know you (and vice versa) and to see if you and I would be a good fit.

Sessions are held at weekends - AND ONLINE - only.



LIFESTYLE REVIEW

  • Did you know that lifestyle (stress management, sleep, etc.) is one of the most recognised – and yet the most – overlooked aspects of health?
  • Would it surprise you to learn that unless you take steps to address your lifestyle, it could sabotage your best efforts with diet?

Whether you already have a chronic illness or are trying to prevent one (due to family history, etc.), a lifestyle review can help.

Guidance will be offered on how to create a lifestyle that helps you thrive rather than merely survive. 

It involves and includes:

  • A lifestyle questionnaire 
  • One-off 45-minute consultation to discuss areas of improvement
  • A handout with recommendations and resources

SESSIONS ARE HELD AT WEEKENDS - AND ONLINE - ONLY.



Programmes

Due to the complexity of chronic illness, I exclusively offer programmes that each include:

  • One 60- to 90-minute consultation
  • Weekly 20- to 30-minute check-ins

*I also offer a Consultation + Coaching Programme – see below – that includes all of the above (with me) and six 50-minute coaching sessions conducted by my in-house functional health coach.

Each programme is designed to provide much more support than a single consultation and is, therefore, more likely to build rapport and trust and give you the best possible outcome. 

60- to 90-minute consultation

Once an appointment has been made, you will be invited to set up an account in the client portal. This will enable me to give you access to a series of forms for completion. These will include questions on the following:

 
  • Health and medical history
  • Your most important health goals
  • Your most troubling and frequently experienced symptoms
  • Your dietary habits
  • Any supplements and/or medications you may currently be taking 
  • Blood sugar readings over a three day period. You will be required to buy a glucometer for this.
 
Please note that the forms can be saved securely within the client portal at any point during completion so that you can resume filling them in at your convenience.
I require a minimum of three days to review the completed forms before the date of the initial consultation so please do remember to take this into account when booking your appointment. 
 

The information gleaned from the forms enables me to do the following:

 
  • A thorough review of your medical history and any relevant previous test results
  • A review of your current diet and any nutritional supplements you may be taking
  • A detailed body systems assessment
  • Help you to create a sustainable plan including diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Your adherence to these is critical for a successful outcome. Relevant support materials (e.g. handouts and meal templates will be provided.
  • Recommend functional testing – from your GP, private laboratories or both, as necessary. This can identify any underlying imbalances contributing to symptoms.
 
20- to 30-minute check-ins
 
These are designed to keep you on track and help you address any issues as they arise. Together, we will devise a personalised plan that will be built on, adapted or refined based on our weekly chats.
 
 
50-minute coaching sessions
 
Coaching offers the tools and skills to help you build new habits, keep you accountable and make lasting changes. Your coach will not only be a source of information and support (in between sessions with me) but also a catalyst for transformation.
 
 

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Prices of any recommended tests (from private laboratories) are not included in my fees and will be provided as appropriate. Payment is to be made directly to the laboratory when samples are submitted.

Prices of any recommended supplements are also not included in my fees and will be provided as appropriate.
